ABOUT JOE

Over the past 10 years, Joe has dedicated his life and career to helping others find the motivation to transform their own lives. Joe’s dynamic approach, unlimited energy and humor only add to the effectiveness of the experience his clients enjoy! Today, he is spreading his fitness philosophy across all media platforms being quoted in several articles in the Washington Post, Fitness and Nutrition Consultant on several local and national Radio Talk shows and Spokesperson and Model for Muscle and Body Magazine’s “Bigger Stronger Faster Program”. He provides the health and wellness programs to some of the largest corporations in the Maryland/DC and Virginia area! Joe is a certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He currently manages his health and wellness company JDI Health and Wellness LLC in Chevy Chase MD.
